During heavy or back-to-back storms, properties are cleared in route order, and we tell you where you fall in the route when you book. Commercial trigger depth is agreed on before the first snowfall.

Yes. Ice management is applied to cleared surfaces so refreeze does not turn a plowed driveway into a hazard. Colorado's daytime melt and overnight freeze cycle makes treatment after clearing as important as the plowing itself. Walk access is cleared along with the driveway or lot.
